Please read through the
FAQ's page
to get more information about services and notarizations. Please
contact Ricky Espinoza
to determine the best way
I can provide the notarial service you need.
IMPORTANT:
I, Ricky Espinoza, am not an Attorney so I am not allowed to provide any type of
legal advise for any reason, including Immigration topics, according to California law.
It is important that the document you need notarized contains
explicit and clear instructions (in English) about the type of
notarization that is needed - I am not allowed to decide for you.
Places Where I Could Provide My
Services
I prefer to provide my services in a quiet,
well-lighted location so we can concentrate and ensure the work is
done accurately and quickly. I also recommend
that only the parties directly involved in the notarization be
present during the process since pets,
children and other adults can be distracting!. Of course,
those are just my preferences - I leave it up to you to decide where
is most convenient for you and where we should meet. Here are
examples of some possible places where we could meet.
• Hospitals
• Jails
• Private Residences
• Places of Employment
• Lenders Offices
• Brokers Offices
• Law Firms
• Real Estate Offices
• Insurance Companies
• Title Companies
• Escrow Companies
• Restaurants
• Truckstops
• Library

• I will meet you at a place of your convenience to
notarize your documents • Continue with your business!
It's very
simple and convenient for you - you don't have to
worry about finding a Notary Public office, driving to their place
in the middle of traffic and weather, use up valuable gas, wait in
line to get help or wait for their Notary Public to complete another
transaction and then drive back to your place of business.
That's very painful - why not leave all the driving to me? How
much is your time worth? Wouldn't you rather spend time
with your kids, watch a movie with your spouse, research the market
for your next investment, catch a nap, go to happy hour with your
friends, play with your dog, relax by the fireplace, etc, etc? And you can rest assured that I have been background-checked by the Department of Justice,
the Sherriff's Department and the California Secretary of State -
there is nothing to worry about.
Finally, you will find that my charges are very competitive with the
local Notary Public offices -- do you really want to go through the
hassle to save $4?
